Meet NOVA Women's Choral Collective
NOVA Women's Choral Collective is a unique women's choral ensemble that creates joyful, relevant, and innovative singing experiences for treble voices while engaging with our communities in impactful ways. Our project-based structure employs a variety of group configurations and rehearsal models, providing flexibility for the time commitment of our singers. NOVA offers musical and leadership opportunities for women, strengthens communities through collaboration, expands the canon of women's choral repertoire through the commission of new works, and pursues musical experiences within a warm, vibrant group of singers. Through collective song, NOVA explores shared human questions, tells meaningful stories, and builds a connected, inspired artistic community.

Anne Frank, A Living Voice by Linda Tutas-Haugan
Our next project is centered on Anne Frank, A Living Voice by Linda Tutas Haugen, a six-movement work setting texts from Anne Frank’s diary. The program will also include additional repertoire exploring themes of witness, responsibility, and resilience, creating space for reflection on how we respond to moments of hardship in our communities. The concert date is Sunday, September 27th, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. at St. Gregory the Great Episcopal Church in Athens, GA. If you are a Soprano or Alto who is interested in singing with NOVA, visit our Sing with NOVA page for more details!
